It is a very good and informative video.
What I could not agree with is when the professor said that through “storage, transport and inspection” value addition takes place. This is not the modern Lean Manufacturing approach where this activities are generally considered waste (non value adding) and therefore to be eliminated or minimized.

if i am not wrong, the value mentioned is refering to overall cost of the product, which make the price of product reach a higher value (not value added type of value but price wise type) in the market place. The value gespi1 mention is product value, which, in reality goes up with fix and variable cost such as storage, transport and inspection.

Thanks to IIM, its helping students all over the world, I study in Norway and our professors suck here though we have all the facilities both students and professors are not motivated. We need Indian teacher who are really are dedicated to impart knowledge!

The entire lecture series from Professor Kanda is exceptional. After wasting my time with Rita’s PMP exam prep book, I started with Professor Kanda’s video lectures and after exactly two months I passed PMP exam by self-studying other books: Head First PMP and Andy Crowe’s PMP prep guide.
Professor Kanda’s lectures are some of the best in the world.

I disagree. I found that Rita’s PMP exam prep book is quite beneficial.
In fact, I upped my production, now up yours !
