Chapter 9, project management. We discuss the critical path method, activity on arc diagram, activity on node, and Gant charts. We complete the forward pass to calculate the earliest start and earliest finish times for each activity, then the backwards pass to calculate the latest start and latest finish for each. We then calculate the slack for each. The activities with 0 slack are then the critical path activities.
